Victor co-founded CodeLeap in 2019 and leads its engineering. He designs the AI and automation systems behind client work, and builds the internal tools the rest of the team runs on, including the Claude Code plugins CodeLeap uses every day.

SBUSBU is a UK energy broker placing gas and electricity contracts for business customers, in a market where the deal goes to whoever quotes first and follows up hardest. Their chance to win each customer sat in Salesforce as a contract end date with nothing acting on it, so CodeLeap automated everything between that date and the signed contract. Within three months the team was generating five times the qualified leads, without adding headcount.

SkamperSkamper needed a technically demanding tracking and event app for runners and trail enthusiasts brought to market inside three months. CodeLeap built and launched it on both stores in that time, and it reached thousands of downloads within months of release.
