Our story

From a few projects to a global team

Hi there — nice to meet you. We're CodeLeap, a software development and automation studio based in London.

We were founded by Victor Gimael and Vivian Rothberg, two Computer Science graduates from University College London, with years of experience inside leading London AI consultancies and VC-backed startups, working at the forefront of UK tech.

We started out building apps and software for a few people in our network. One project led to another, and years later we're a global team of designers and engineers working on a wide range of products with established businesses and ambitious entrepreneurs.

Following advice from some of the best people in tech and venture capital, we decided nothing matters more than making something people want — and that has been our mission ever since. Not just software that's pretty or clever, but products that are genuinely useful and that people come back to.

Our vision is to be the studio entrepreneurs come to when they want to try an exciting new idea — the team founders trust to build their first product — and a long-term partner that brings more than code: useful insight and the growth expertise to match.

It sounds obvious, but it's our number one priority and always will be. We love an intricate engineering problem — but you own the project, and you're the person we're here to keep happy. Not anyone at CodeLeap, only you.

Pixel-perfect is the mantra. Every part of your product should look and feel neat and polished. We plan ahead, think things through from start to finish, and we are not done until you are happy with the result.
