We're a UK systems integration company for SMEs — CRM, finance and operations connected from £5,000. If two of your systems already sync natively, we'll tell you to switch that on.

Solutions we've built power teams at:

  • Amazon Web Services
  • Auto Trader
  • Cedars-Sinai
  • Jet2holidays
  • Jaguar Land Rover
  • Dover Street Market
  • Dexters
  • Lookers

Every step, with a team who's done it before

Your CRM, accounting and operations tools each hold a version of the truth, and someone re-keys between them all day. You don't need an enterprise platform to fix that — just the SME tools you already run, joined up properly. And if two already sync natively, we'll tell you to switch that on.

  1. List the tools

We look at the CRM, finance and operations tools you run and where data gets copied between them by hand. If two already sync natively, we'll tell you to turn it on rather than sell you a build.

  2. Scope the links

You get a fixed price: from £5,000 to connect two systems both ways with checks so bad data doesn't spread, or from £12,000 to join every core tool into one flow. Agreed upfront.

  3. Connect them

We connect your tools — native APIs, Zapier or Make where that's genuinely cheaper, custom webhooks where they aren't — staged and tested before go-live, so the change your team notices is the admin that stops.

  4. Alert & support

One source of truth for customers and jobs, with automated alerts the moment a sync fails — no silent gaps. Support from £400 a month after go-live keeps the whole thing running.

Systems we've taught to talk

An events business whose CRM, document and accounting tools now run one contract-to-invoice flow; Cicerone's in-app purchases tied into its Shopify store hub; and an energy supplier whose connected sales cycle grew lead capacity 5x in 3 months. Three very different stacks — one habit of joining things up properly.

  • CRM & sales automation

CodeLeap automated contract management, sales pipelines and invoicing for a media group running exhibitions and events across the UK and US — replacing around 500 invoices a month raised by hand.

  • Cicerone

A cross-platform mobile app for Cicerone, the established outdoor guidebook publisher — turning trusted walking and cycling guides into GPS routes with offline maps, in-app purchases and a Shopify-linked library.

  • SBU

CodeLeap automated the full sales cycle for a client in the UK energy sector, from lead capture through to signed contract, increasing lead generation capacity by 5x in 3 months.

The tech

The tools SME stacks are actually made of — the ones our shipped integrations already connect, and the ones we work with on request.

  • Pipedrive

We wired Pipedrive into a contract-to-invoice flow for an events business — deals, documents and billing moving as one.

  • Xero

Xero is the finance end of several flows we've shipped — invoices raised and reconciled without anyone re-keying them.

  • SmartDocs

Documents generate through SmartDocs in that same shipped flow — contracts detected, parsed and filed on their own.

  • Shopify

Cicerone's in-app purchases tie into its Shopify store hub — commerce and product talking because we made them.

  • Salesforce & HubSpot

We integrate with Salesforce and HubSpot when they're your system of record — CRM integration around your process, not the vendor's.

  • Zapier & Make

Simple links get built on Zapier or Make when that's genuinely cheaper — we'll say when you don't need us for it.

  • REST APIs & webhooks

Where tools lack a native connection we build it — synced both ways, with checks so bad data doesn't spread.

  • And much more

This is what comes up most often, not a limit. Bring us something that isn't on this list and we'll get up to speed on it — working with something new is the job, not an obstacle.

What our clients are saying

Real reviews from clients we have delivered for, on Clutch and elsewhere.

  • The enthusiasm, understanding of our mission, and passion from the first few minutes of the call were the deciding factors in choosing CodeLeap. Within 3 months of our app launching, we had over 1,500 downloads, appeared in leading publications from Forbes, The Metro, Marie Claire, Women's Fitness and many more, and started raising further investment.
    Charlie CEO, Becon

You never feel like you are one of many clients, and they ensure they are always there to help with any need you have, no matter how big or small.
Amelia Parmiter Marketing Manager, AWS - Marble
  • CodeLeap made me feel like my options were limitless in terms of what could be achieved, which was critical to me as we were creating something very unique. I'm glad I chose Codeleap over a large corporation as the personable approach resulted in a smooth and pleasant experience.

  • CodeLeap adds so much value and goes above and beyond what I expected. CodeLeap's team is very flexible with all the different requests we've put in front of them. They've also been great with the whole business side of things, and being able to forecast for this industry is really helpful. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with their work — they've been incredibly helpful.

Any questions? We're here to answer

Everything you might want to know before starting a project with us.

  • Connects the software a business already uses so the pieces work as one system — CRM talking to accounting, orders talking to fulfilment, one customer record instead of four. A good integrator removes the re-keying and the copy-paste errors that grow up between separate tools.

  • Everyday ones: a signed contract creating an invoice in your accounting package automatically; a new customer in the CRM appearing in your delivery and support tools; a stock change in one place updating the website. Ours include wiring a CRM, a document tool and Xero into one flow for an events business.

  • From £5,000 to connect two systems properly — synced both ways, with checks so bad data doesn't spread. A business-wide integration across your core tools starts from £12,000. Fixed prices, agreed upfront.

  • No — your team keeps working in the tools they know. The integration runs behind the scenes, staged and tested before it goes live, so the change your staff notice is the admin that stops.

  • Scale and platforms. This page is for SME tool stacks — CRM, finance, operations. If you're on named enterprise platforms — an ERP, Salesforce, a legacy system — our enterprise application integration service is the right door. Same team behind both.
