Keep it running and improving

Launch is the start, not the finish. Our IT infrastructure services run the cloud, pipelines and monitoring behind your product, with someone picking up when something breaks.

Solutions we've built power teams at:

  • Amazon Web Services
  • Auto Trader
  • Cedars-Sinai
  • Jet2holidays
  • Jaguar Land Rover
  • Dover Street Market
  • Dexters
  • Lookers

Systems we still look after

Building it is half the job. A construction snagging platform, an offline walking-guide app and a long-running case-handling platform — all still maintained and improved by us, long after launch.

  • WeSnag

A large London-based construction company managing major residential sites — dozens of contractors, thousands of defects — came to CodeLeap for a digital snagging platform. Within 6 months, we delivered a fully functioning mobile app that reduced human errors and accelerated the snagging process for construction managers.

The tech

The infrastructure under everything above — the clouds our shipped systems run on, and the platforms we work with because you're on them.

  • AWS

Most of what we host runs on AWS — shipped apps and platforms we monitor, back up and answer for, month after month.

  • Google Cloud

Udokk's platform runs on Google Cloud infrastructure we built and keep healthy — not a logo on a slide.

  • Firebase

We've shipped and still run Firebase backends — a lean fit for the right product, and we'll say when you've outgrown it.

  • Azure

We work with Azure where your organisation already lives in Microsoft — managing what exists beats forcing a migration.

  • Terraform & Kubernetes

We work with Terraform and Kubernetes where scale warrants them — most SME estates honestly don't need the second one.

  • Django & Python

The systems we keep running are mostly Django and Python we built — support from the people who wrote it.

  • Monitoring, backups & rollback

Everything under management is monitored, backed up and rehearsed for failure — backups get tested by restoring them.

  • And much more

This is what comes up most often, not a limit. Bring us something that isn't on this list and we'll get up to speed on it — working with something new is the job, not an obstacle.

What our clients are saying

Real reviews from clients we have delivered for, on Clutch and elsewhere.

  • The enthusiasm, understanding of our mission, and passion from the first few minutes of the call were the deciding factors in choosing CodeLeap. Within 3 months of our app launching, we had over 1,500 downloads, appeared in leading publications from Forbes, The Metro, Marie Claire, Women's Fitness and many more, and started raising further investment.
    Charlie CEO, Becon
  • They are incredibly diligent in the quality of work they produce, and go above and beyond when it comes to solving issues faced within the project, and to ensure we meet strict project deadlines. You never feel like you are one of many clients, and they ensure they are always there to help with any need you have, no matter how big or small.
Amelia Parmiter Marketing Manager, AWS - Marble
  • CodeLeap made me feel like my options were limitless in terms of what could be achieved, which was critical to me as we were creating something very unique. I'm glad I chose Codeleap over a large corporation as the personable approach resulted in a smooth and pleasant experience.
    James CEO, Bearable
  • Working with CodeLeap was a very good experience from both a professional and personal point of view. These people know what they are doing and are both efficient and clever and made a good partner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CodeLeap.
    John CEO, Neurometrics-Diab
  • CodeLeap adds so much value and goes above and beyond what I expected. CodeLeap's team is very flexible with all the different requests we've put in front of them. They've also been great with the whole business side of things, and being able to forecast for this industry is really helpful. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with their work — they've been incredibly helpful.
    Johanne CEO, Cherry
  • Their flexibility and focus on quality were outstanding.
    Mike Fenna CTO, Kite Insights
  • Marcelo has been wonderful throughout the process and we are very happy.
    Amrit Director, Energy Company
  • Absolutely FANTASTIC. This is very much what I had in mind. We're very pleased with your team, thank you all very much.
    Rich Director, Legal Company

Any questions? We're here to answer

Everything you might want to know before starting a project with us.

  • The split is simpler than it looks. Want your cloud run for you — hosting, monitoring, backups, someone on call? That's managed cloud. Your own team ships but releases hurt? That's DevOps. Built an app with an AI tool that won't survive production? That's vibe code rescue. The other three add people rather than a service: staff augmentation puts vetted engineers under your management, a dedicated team is a whole unit we run and answer for, and a fractional CTO brings senior direction without a full-time hire. Unsure? Book a call and describe what's hurting — matching the shape to the problem is where we start.

  • Two project engagements, each scoped and priced before work starts. A cloud migration from £5,000 is a staged, reversible move to AWS, Google Cloud or Firebase, with tested backups and a rollback path. A platform build from £10,000 stands up dev, staging and production environments as code, so deploys become routine and rollbacks take one command. The rolling services sit alongside them: managed hosting from £900 a month, platform retainer from £2,000 a month.

  • For anything under our management, we do — a team on call, not a ticket queue. Everything we run is monitored, so alerts typically reach us before they reach you; the aim is that you hear about an outage in the past tense. Recovery is rehearsed, not improvised — backups are tested by restoring them, and migrations carry a rollback path. And it isn't limited to what we built: we'll take on an estate someone else set up, reviewed properly before we quote.

  • No. Managed hosting and platform retainers are rolling monthly arrangements — no long lock-in on either. Everything we set up is built to be handed over: infrastructure as code in your repo, documentation written so your own team can follow it, and the keys yours from day one. You own the code and IP outright, so taking things in-house or elsewhere later is your call to make, not ours to permit.

  • It depends who runs the infrastructure. Post-project support — typically from £400 a month — keeps software we've built reliable and up to date. Managed hosting, from £900 a month, is the fuller commitment: we run the infrastructure itself — hosting, monitoring, backups and security updates — with a team on call when something breaks. Either way, documentation and handover come with every project, so staying with us is a choice, not a dependency.

  • Because the evidence is on this page. We're a London studio working since 2019, with 50+ projects delivered and a 4.9 rating on Clutch — and the portfolio here isn't a list of past launches, it's systems we still look after, monitored and improved month after month. Infrastructure is judged over years, not at go-live, and clients who have stayed with us that long are the strongest reference we can offer.
