Charity CRM integrations, campaign tools and automation for the ops and digital leads who answer for every pound — single-process automations from £5,000, and you own the code.
Solutions we've built power teams at:
Four kinds of build we offer charities, each aimed at the admin that eats fundraising time — described plainly, so you can judge whether any of it fits the way your charity runs.
Donations arrive through JustGiving, card pages, direct debits and events, and someone re-keys them into the CRM. We connect the platforms you already use to the supporter database you already run, so every gift, contact and consent lands on one record without manual entry.
Gift Aid goes unclaimed when declarations sit in inboxes and spreadsheets. We build pipelines that capture declarations at the point of donation, keep the audit trail HMRC expects, and prepare the claim file — your finance team reviews and submits, and the chasing disappears.
Attention is a charity's scarcest resource, and a static appeal page rarely holds it. For Dogs Trust we built an interactive quiz game that turns a few questions into a playful, personalised journey — shipped as a package their agency could put live without touching the rest of the site.
Rotas, training records and DBS renewal dates tracked across spreadsheets fall over as you grow. We build simple dashboards that manage volunteers and log programme activity, so reporting to trustees and funders becomes an export rather than a week of copy-and-paste.
One charity project written up so far: an interactive quiz for Dogs Trust — character-led, with tailored results and built-in tracking, delivered through their lead agency. Small scope, household name, done properly. Around it, the closest neighbouring work — the kind of mission-led products we build for people's wellbeing: Hurdl, a moderated peer-support app that matches people through shared mental-health experiences, and The Frida Project, a therapist-led support-group app we founded and launched ourselves.

The enthusiasm, understanding of our mission, and passion from the first few minutes of the call were the deciding factors in choosing CodeLeap. Within 3 months of our app launching, we had over 1,500 downloads, appeared in leading publications from Forbes, The Metro, Marie Claire, Women's Fitness and many more, and started raising further investment.
They are incredibly diligent in the quality of work they produce, and go above and beyond when it comes to solving issues faced within the project, and to ensure we meet strict project deadlines. You never feel like you are one of many clients, and they ensure they are always there to help with any need you have, no matter how big or small.
CodeLeap made me feel like my options were limitless in terms of what could be achieved, which was critical to me as we were creating something very unique. I'm glad I chose Codeleap over a large corporation as the personable approach resulted in a smooth and pleasant experience.
Working with CodeLeap was a very good experience from both a professional and personal point of view. These people know what they are doing and are both efficient and clever and made a good partner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CodeLeap.
CodeLeap adds so much value and goes above and beyond what I expected. CodeLeap's team is very flexible with all the different requests we've put in front of them. They've also been great with the whole business side of things, and being able to forecast for this industry is really helpful. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with their work — they've been incredibly helpful.
Their flexibility and focus on quality were outstanding.
Marcelo has been wonderful throughout the process and we are very happy.
Absolutely FANTASTIC. This is very much what I had in mind. We're very pleased with your team, thank you all very much.

Almost certainly. Most charity CRMs — Beacon, Donorfy and Salesforce's non-profit products included — expose APIs we can build against, and we check yours during scoping, before we quote. The goal is always the same: donations, supporter details and consent flowing into the CRM automatically, with nothing re-keyed by your team — and if yours is unusual, you'll know it's feasible before committing to anything.
We can automate the admin around them: capturing declarations when someone donates, matching them to gifts, flagging what's claimable and producing the claim file in the format HMRC's online service accepts. Your finance team still reviews and submits — that final step should stay with a person — but the hours of matching, checking and chasing that come before it largely disappear.
Often, yes. A focused automation of a single process starts from £5,000, and the price is fixed before work begins — which matters when the budget is donated money. And if an off-the-shelf tool already does the job for less, we'll say so: bespoke only makes sense where nothing on the market fits the way your charity actually works.
Carefully, and in your systems rather than ours. Supporter records stay in the CRM and databases you control; anything we build moves data between them with consent and communication preferences carried along, so a supporter who opted out of post never gets a letter. We're a UK company, and we build to UK GDPR from the start rather than retrofitting it.
That depends on when you ask. A typical project takes around three months from design to launch, so a build that must be live for December needs a conversation by late summer. Smaller, tightly scoped pieces can move faster. Either way, scope and a fixed price are agreed upfront, so you'll know before committing whether the deadline is realistic — not find out in November.
Yes. The charity project we can show is Dogs Trust: an interactive quiz game, led by a friendly on-screen character, delivered as a ready-to-deploy package for the charity's lead agency to feature on their site — with built-in tracking turning each session into insight. Beyond that, we've shipped 50+ projects since 2019, hold a 4.9 rating on Clutch, and we're led from London — close enough to meet in person.
A small, experienced team of designers, engineers and problem-solvers working closely with you from first idea to final delivery.
