What Clutch is

If you’ve not come across it before, Clutch is a B2B ratings and reviews platform based in Washington, DC. It evaluates technology service and solutions companies based on quality of work, thought leadership and client reviews, and it has become a go-to resource in the agency space.

What sets Clutch apart from most directories is that its reviews are verified. Clients can’t simply drop a star rating: reviewers have to identify themselves through a verified login, and every review is checked by a human editor before it goes live. That makes the numbers on a Clutch profile hard to fake — which is exactly why we care about ours.

How the rankings actually work
