Indie-Go
Indie-Go wanted a better way for players to find indie games they'd actually love. They partnered with CodeLeap to design and build the web app — a chat-led way to describe the game you're after, browse recommendations and dig into each title.
What we did CodeLeap designed and built Indie-Go's game-discovery web app — from the Figma prototype through onboarding, AI-led search, browsing and game pages — plus a landing page for early-access sign-ups.
There are more indie games than anyone can keep track of, and the good ones are easy to miss. Indie-Go set out to fix that with a discovery app where you describe the game you want in your own words and get recommendations that fit. Turning that idea into a real product meant design and build from the ground up. Indie-Go partnered with CodeLeap to shape the experience in Figma and build it — onboarding, search, browsing, game pages and a launch landing page.
What we built
-
Describe-the-game search
Instead of wading through tags and filters, players describe what they're in the mood for — a co-op horror game, a relaxing builder — and get matched to games that fit. It makes discovery feel like a conversation, not a database query.
-
Browsing and rich game pages
A Netflix-style layout lets players scroll through recommendations by category, then open a game to see what matters — playtime, ratings, Twitch creators covering it and a direct link to buy. Everything needed to decide, in one place.
-
Visual onboarding and 'For You'
A quick, visual onboarding learns each player's tastes up front, so the homepage leads with a personalised 'For You' row. Players can favourite games into their own library and come back to a feed that keeps getting sharper.
-
Early-access landing page
To build an audience before launch, CodeLeap designed and built a simple, fast landing page for early-access sign-ups — clear promotion of what Indie-Go does and a single, low-friction path to register interest.
Why this matters to you:
CodeLeap took Indie-Go from concept to a working, well-designed product its founder could put in front of players and investors. The result is a discovery app that turns a vague idea for your next game into something specific to play — and a launch page ready to gather early users.
