CodeLeap designed and built a mobile app that connects people going through similar mental-health challenges, so they can find each other, message safely and lean on shared experience. It pairs peer matching with a self-care library and careful, human moderation.
What we did CodeLeap designed and built the whole product end to end — the iOS and Android apps, the web app, and the Firebase/AWS backend that powers them.

Finding people who truly understand what you're going through is hard, especially with mental health — advice from someone who has faced the same challenge often lands differently from generic support. Our client set out to build a community where people could be matched with others who had walked a similar path, talk in a safe space, and reach helpful resources when they needed them. They partnered with CodeLeap to design and build the app across iOS, Android and the web, along with the backend behind it.

Match with people who get it
Members build a profile and are matched with others who have faced similar challenges. A familiar swipe-based flow makes it easy to browse potential connections and choose who to reach out to.

Safe, moderated messaging
Once connected, people chat one to one in the app. Built-in reporting and moderation tools let users flag anything harmful and give the team the means to keep conversations respectful and safe.

Self-care resource library
A curated library of self-care content gives members practical tools and reading between conversations, so support doesn't stop when a chat ends and people always have somewhere helpful to turn.

Admin and partners dashboard
A web dashboard lets the team manage members, review reports and curate content, while a partners section brings in supporting organisations — giving the people running the service full oversight of a sensitive community.
