Property developer showcase
A UK proptech startup wanted to give property developers an online shop window for their whole pipeline — every development, every unit — and give estate agents a controlled way to take those units to market. CodeLeap designed and built the platform: developer accounts, agent access, listing approvals and reservations.
What we did CodeLeap designed and built a property developer showcase for an early-stage UK property company — developer accounts publishing developments and units, agent browsing and approvals, and reservations tracked against inventory — on a Django backend.
Every development, one showcase. A property developer's pipeline usually lives in brochures and spreadsheets, visible to whichever agents happen to ask. Our client — an early-stage UK property company — wanted to put it online: developers sign up, publish their portfolio of developments with each unit's bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area and floorplan, and the agents selling them work from the same live picture. CodeLeap designed and built the platform — the responsive web app, the Django backend and the admin behind it. The developer side was later retired when the client's strategy changed: in an early-stage company, even a well-built module can lose the strategy argument — that's the version worth telling.

Developments and units published
A developer signs up, publishes each development and manages its units — bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area and a floorplan per unit — so the whole pipeline sits in one structured, browsable place instead of a PDF.

Agents, with developer approval
Estate agents — a master agent plus third-party agents per development — browse a developer's developments and take units to market, but a listing only goes live once the developer approves it, so what's on the market is always what was signed off.

Reservations against inventory
Developers and agents record and edit reservations against the units themselves, so availability is tracked in the same system the listings come from — not in a separate spreadsheet slowly drifting out of date.

Web app, backend and admin
A responsive React web application on a Django backend with a full admin, hosted in the cloud — one platform carrying the developer, agent and buyer-facing sides of the product together.
