Bryck

Bryck set out to make buying and selling property more open and collaborative between consumers and estate agents. CodeLeap built the platform behind it — a responsive web app for searching and shortlisting homes, an editor to manage listings, and the backend that ties it together.

What we did CodeLeap built Bryck's web platform and backend — property search, listings, saved favourites and an admin editor — for an early-stage UK proptech.

Bryck — Web platform case study Built for buyers' agents.

Bryck is an early-stage UK proptech with a simple belief: the property process should be built around the people going through it, not just the agents. The founders needed a real, working product — somewhere buyers could search and follow homes, and the team could manage what appeared. They partnered with CodeLeap to design and build the platform: a responsive web application, an administrative editor and the backend behind both, taking the idea from concept to something they could put in front of agents and investors.

What we built

  • Property search and listings

Buyers browse, search and filter properties through listing screens built for the task, and shortlist the homes they like with saved favourites so they can come back to them and track what matters.

  • Administrative editor

A back-office editor for managing property listings and the content shown on the platform, so the team could keep everything accurate and up to date without needing a developer to make each change.

  • Responsive web app

The buyer-facing app was built to work cleanly across phone, tablet and desktop, so people could search, shortlist and revisit properties wherever they happened to be, on whatever device they had to hand.

  • Backend and hosting

The API and data layer behind the product — powering search, listings, accounts and saved properties — deployed and hosted on AWS, giving the platform a stable foundation to grow on as the product developed.

Why this matters to you:

CodeLeap took Bryck from an idea to a working platform its founders could actually use — searchable listings, a real admin tool and a solid backend. That gave an early-stage team a credible product to show estate agents and investors, rather than a pitch deck, when making the case for their approach to property.
