Machine learning for decisions , not dashboards

A machine learning consultancy that starts with your data, not the algorithm. A review from £4,000 tells you what your data can realistically predict — even if it's 'not much yet'.

Solutions we've built power teams at:

  • Amazon Web Services
  • Auto Trader
  • Cedars-Sinai
  • Jet2holidays
  • Jaguar Land Rover
  • Dover Street Market
  • Dexters
  • Lookers

Every step, with a team who's done it before

The honest worry with machine learning isn't the maths — it's whether your data can predict anything useful at all. So we start there. A data and model review tests a baseline on your own data and tells you what it can realistically forecast, score or spot, even when the answer is 'not much, yet'.

  1. Find the decision

A free first call to find the decision worth modelling — demand to forecast, leads or risk to score, anomalies to flag, patterns you currently label by hand — and what data you already hold for it. The algorithm comes later; the decision comes first.

  2. Data & model review

In 2–3 weeks we test a baseline model on your data, name the gaps honestly, and hand you a costed path to production — or a clear 'not ready yet' after a short review rather than after a build. Fixed at £4,000, no obligation to go further.

  3. Build the model

When the review says go, we build the forecasting, scoring or pattern-recognition model, validate it on your data and ship it to production — writing results where your team already works, even if that's an Excel sheet, because adoption beats elegance. From £25,000, milestone payments.

  4. Keep it honest

A model drifts as your data changes, so we monitor accuracy after launch and retrain when it slips — and it reports its confidence, not just its guess. The model, pipeline and code are yours; your data never stopped being yours.

Models doing a day's work

A supervised model labelling chart patterns into a trader's spreadsheet and serving predictions through an API, vision models QC-ing vehicle photography at scale, and an AI search that finds games from a plain-English description — machine learning shipped to production, not left in a notebook.

  • Market prediction platform

We built a machine-learning platform for a financial analysis firm — supervised models that read the trend patterns and oscillators their analyst used to label by hand, a daily pipeline that writes the results into their working spreadsheet, and predictions served through an API.

  • Vehicle imaging platform

An end-to-end vehicle imaging platform for a company in automotive photography. CodeLeap built the capture apps and the computer-vision pipeline that removes backgrounds, builds 360-degree spins and checks every image automatically.

The tech

A machine learning consultancy's honest toolbox — what our shipped models run on, and the rule that simple beats deep until proven otherwise.

  • Python

Every model we ship lives in Python — from the first exploratory notebook to the pipeline that runs each morning.

  • TensorFlow & PyTorch

Deep learning, when warranted, means TensorFlow and PyTorch we've built with — and half the job is proving the simpler model isn't enough first.

  • Supervised learning

A supervised model we shipped labels chart patterns into a trader's Excel sheet every day — unglamorous, and used daily, which is the point.

  • Time-series forecasting

We've shipped market prediction built on hard-won time-series data — forecasting that reports its confidence, not just its guess.

  • Excel

Results land where your team already works — one client's model writes straight into their Excel sheet, because adoption beats elegance.

  • AWS

Our shipped apps run on AWS infrastructure we operate — and models ship with scheduling, monitoring and retraining, not a notebook handover.

  • OpenAI

Where language beats numbers we've shipped OpenAI-model features — the consultancy's job is knowing which problem is which.

  • And much more

This is what comes up most often, not a limit. Bring us something that isn't on this list and we'll get up to speed on it — working with something new is the job, not an obstacle.

What our clients are saying

Real reviews from clients we have delivered for, on Clutch and elsewhere.

  • The enthusiasm, understanding of our mission, and passion from the first few minutes of the call were the deciding factors in choosing CodeLeap. Within 3 months of our app launching, we had over 1,500 downloads, appeared in leading publications from Forbes, The Metro, Marie Claire, Women's Fitness and many more, and started raising further investment.
    Charlie CEO, Becon
  • They are incredibly diligent in the quality of work they produce, and go above and beyond when it comes to solving issues faced within the project, and to ensure we meet strict project deadlines. You never feel like you are one of many clients, and they ensure they are always there to help with any need you have, no matter how big or small.
Amelia Parmiter Marketing Manager, AWS - Marble
  • CodeLeap made me feel like my options were limitless in terms of what could be achieved, which was critical to me as we were creating something very unique. I'm glad I chose Codeleap over a large corporation as the personable approach resulted in a smooth and pleasant experience.
    James CEO, Bearable
  • Working with CodeLeap was a very good experience from both a professional and personal point of view. These people know what they are doing and are both efficient and clever and made a good partner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CodeLeap.
    John CEO, Neurometrics-Diab
  • CodeLeap adds so much value and goes above and beyond what I expected. CodeLeap's team is very flexible with all the different requests we've put in front of them. They've also been great with the whole business side of things, and being able to forecast for this industry is really helpful. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with their work — they've been incredibly helpful.

Any questions? We're here to answer

Everything you might want to know before starting a project with us.

  • Turns your data into models a business can act on: forecasting demand, scoring leads or risk, spotting anomalies, recognising patterns people currently label by hand. We handle the whole path — data review, model build, and getting it into production where it earns its keep.

  • That's the first question we answer, and it's why we start with a data and model review rather than a proposal. Some problems need less data than you'd fear; others aren't ready yet — and being told so after a short review beats finding out after a build.

  • A 2–3 week data and model review starts from £4,000 — what your data can realistically predict, and a clear, costed path to production. A model build starts from £25,000. Fixed prices, agreed upfront.

  • It depends on the problem. Deep learning is a tool we reach for when simpler models fall short — images, language, complex patterns — not a default. Plenty of valuable problems are solved with straightforward models that are cheaper to run and easier to explain.

  • You do. Once the work is delivered and paid for, the model, the pipeline and the code are yours — and your data never stops being yours.
